Amazing Customer Service!
As a returning customer I cannot fault the quality of their Ugg boots. Very well made, soft & comfy. I had to exchange mine for a larger size, which was super easy. Yellow Earth confirmed once they received my returned item & let me know once the new item had been desptached, within a very quick turn around. I dont usually leave reviews but was very impressed with their customer service & communication. Will definately use again!

I purchased these for my daughter. They are so well made and sturdy. And by all accounts extremely comfortable. I was also very pleased to be offered a click and collect option.
